        West Bay College ensures the recognition of all quality and regulatory requirements of the Commission on Higher Education and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. It recognizes and operates under the mandates issued by the STCW Code of 1995 for maritime studies and services and other locally and internationally issued mandates that govern operations and industries where West Bay College intends to contribute manpower. It is also committed to maintain a consistent and uniform control of these requirements through a quality system in conformance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
